Preparatory stage:
- development, together with the customer, of provisions for in-house and access control modes;
- mandatory facility fencing, localization of construction, storage, residential areas, allocation of a construction management zone and a zone for the location of contractor organizations;
- deployment of a checkpoint for transport and for the passage of construction workers;
- arrangement of duty stations by construction guards;
- the appointment by the customer of strictly defined persons responsible for the reception and commissioning of construction projects under protection;
Executive stage:
- increased control over the entry and exit of motor vehicles;
- maintaining strictly intra-facility and access control;
- cross control of entries in the vehicle exit logs and at the head of the construction warehouse;
- equipping the construction site with technical means to strengthen security;
- clear control over the actions of representatives of the sales department and home buyers;
- constant monitoring of compliance with security measures on the construction site;
Residential buildings are guarded, as a rule, by porches, video door phones and combination locks are installed on the front doors. Yards are fenced, barriers with access control system for residents and cars are installed at the checkpoint.
The admission of guests, workers of maintenance organizations and other visitors is carried out only with a rarefaction of residents.
Cottages are usually guarded inside a fenced area. Particular attention is paid to the protection of the checkpoint and perimeter, video surveillance and burglar alarm systems are widely used. Dogs can be involved, especially at night.
